The idea behind HOLIDAY-EXCLUSIVE was born from our own personal and disappointing experiences when renting a holiday home in Ibiza: a lack of transparency, questionable providers, poor or inadequate furnishings, insufficient cleanliness, and no reliable support when questions or unexpected challenges arose.
Rather than accepting this as the norm, we decided to do better: for ourselves and for everyone who chooses to rent a finca or luxury villa in Ibiza or any other Balearic Island through us. Our promise is clear: trust, security, and complete peace of mind – without unpleasant surprises.
Since 2017, we have personally selected and inspected every property in our portfolio. We carefully verify tourist licenses, quality, location and service standards.
With passion, expertise, and a strong local network across Ibiza, Mallorca, and Formentera, we have a selected collections of holiday properties - published & non-published - with a special focus on our favourite island: Ibiza.
