We can offer you everything for every occasion, for every taste and above all: all individual needs and wishes can be fulfilled without exception: Mediterranean delicacies, pasta, vegetarian, vegan or kosher dishes.

- Preparation in your finca or villa: looking over your shoulder and asking questions are allowed.

How does the request and the further process work?
- Is there a special occasion?
A small birthday party, a romantic evening just for two or perhaps a marriage proposal? - Do you already have a concrete idea of what the theme of the menu or BBQ should be?
For example, “Journey through the Mediterranean”, Spanish tapas evening, Argentinian BBQ, etc. - Depending on the theme, we work with our available Private Chefs to make menu suggestions, taking into account any allergies or intolerances (such as lactose intolerance)
- All menu suggestions are not set in stone and will be coordinated with us according to your taste and changed, adapted or extended as required.
- Once the menu has been decided and we know in which region (zone) of the island the food is to be prepared, our private chef will estimate the working time incl. travel time.
time and can therefore give you an initial cost indication. - However, the cost of the food can vary greatly depending on the dishes you have chosen (redfish vs. lobster).
Our private chefs source the vegetables, fruit, fish and meat – depending on availability – mainly from regional Spanish producers. - The final invoice is based on actual working time incl.
Preparations, bringing additional cooking equipment to the finca or villa (e.g. paella pan with gas hob), working hours on site at the finca or villa, incl. travel costs and costs of procuring food.

You pay the food costs per se according to the ticket presented.
Beverage accompaniment (white wine, rosé wine, red wine, national and international beers, soft drinks, water and spirits) can also be provided on request.
Depending on the number of guests to be catered for, we can also provide accompanying service staff.
