We can still remember our own first experiences of renting a vacation home in Ibiza very well.
The uncertainty as to whether it was where it was supposed to be, the uncertainty as to whether Álvarez even owned the finca, whether the description matched and much more.
The finca was there, but the check-in was shorter and just as uninformative as a half-time break in soccer and, last but not least, the finca’s facilities and cleanliness could be classified as “much in need of improvement”.
Starting with the hot water supply, through the bedrooms to the kitchen.
Finally, we bought our own wine glasses, because drinking wine from a glass of water was a thing of the past…
And so one day we decided that we wanted to have a positive influence on this so that similar experiences would not have to happen.
Our love for the Balearic Islands, which has lasted for over 20 years, has become our own personal project and the events have come together like small pieces of a jigsaw puzzle.
In April 2017, our long-standing idea was realized and we founded NatureMeetsLuxuryGmbH in Schwäbisch Hall, Baden-Württemberg with our offer of vacation homes on the Balearic Islands on HOLIDAY-EXCLUSIVE.DE
As not only Ibiza but also Hanover is part of a personal life story, we decided to relocate our administrative headquarters to the state capital of Hanover, Lower Saxony, in the second quarter of 2023. Hanover, with its short distances and excellent infrastructural connections to major cities and airports such as Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt and Düsseldorf, is the perfect place to serve customers from German-speaking countries and to be able to arrange personal appointments for larger plans and/or events that require a comprehensive consultation.
Our expectations of ourselves are very high and our customers benefit from this.
We provide you with a careful selection – location, size, furnishings – of tailor-made properties.
We offer you a selection for all target groups and in all price categories from EUR 2,000 to EUR 300,000 per week.
We do not offer you everything that is offered on the Balearic Islands in the relevant portals.
We deliberately refrain from doing so.
For each target group we only offer what meets our own requirements: Quality before quantity! This sets us apart from many of our competitors. We want you to find the perfect vacation home for your individual requirements and wishes.
We arrange – directly through the respective owners or our partners – minimalist or luxurious villas, authentic or comfortable fincas and vacation apartments as well as hand-picked hotels, agroturismos and finca hotels on the Balearic Islands.
We give our full attention to the destinations and properties and therefore only offer a limited number of properties personally selected by us, which we check regularly.
However, this can also mean that a vacation property is removed from our portfolio if it does not or no longer meets the most important criteria or if we are of the opinion that it is no longer justifiable for us due to infrastructural changes.
For us, every customer is king and every customer is queen. Yes, and we practice this with every booking and we believe that our customers can also confirm this.
Our credo is to fulfill your requirements and wishes by consciously distancing ourselves from mass tourism with individuality, relaxation and luxury.

We only broker vacation properties (vacation apartments, fincas, villas) that meet our corporate philosophy. The vacation properties in our portfolio are regularly checked, updated and checked for the existence of a legally required and valid license for tourist vacation rentals (ETV). If a vacation property no longer meets our self-defined criteria, we are free to stop offering it.
