Are you planning a corporate event, a photo shoot, a music video shoot for 1 day or up to 5 days?

Are you planning to celebrate your milestone birthday, your upcoming wedding or your silver or golden wedding anniversary?
And would you and your loved ones like to spend a wonderful vacation afterwards?

So that we can offer you the right venue – no matter what event you are planning – we first need a rough definition of your requirements:

  1. Size and capacity: How many people are you planning in total and how many guests should be able to stay in the domicile?
  2. Equipment: What is the minimum number of bedrooms and bathrooms the domicile/venue must have?
    Which furnishing criteria are particularly important to you?
  3. Location, location, location: sea view or nature, near a city or in the countryside?
    This decision is also very much dependent on your planning and especially on the content of your event.
  4. Not to forget: the style.
    Minimalist, authentic, luxurious.
    These criteria are also very important, as it has to match the theme but also the costs and therefore your budget.

Nothing is more important than finding the right location for the right theme.

For example, it makes no sense to plan a wedding for 100 guests in a finca if the space is unsuitable.

In this respect, it is all the more important for us and for you to know what you are planning in terms of content and what is particularly important to you.
The topic of family-friendliness or accessibility should not be underestimated either, especially if it is a personal event.

In order to be able to submit serious offers for an event location (finca or villa), various factors are required:

  1. When should the event take place?
    The cost of hiring a venue can vary greatly depending on the month in which the event is to take place.
    The seasonal prices therefore influence your cost planning and your overall budget.
    A more cost-effective time for a wedding is therefore always in the low season.
    The months of July and August are of course beautiful, warmer and give more leeway for families who are dependent on school vacations and may be traveling from different states.
  2. Number of guests: the size of a finca or villa that could be suitable for this is heavily dependent on this.
    Owners always charge a so-called event fee for an event.
    This is charged because the owner incurs additional costs due to the number of guests (cleaning, water, electricity, gardener, etc.).

  3. Other cost factors in addition to simply renting a finca or villa are additional costs for any necessary waste disposal, additional cleaning measures, shuttles, etc.

Please bear in mind, however, that in addition to the location, the services for the planning, if necessary
for the ceremony, catering, florists, make-up artists, photographer/videographer, music, DJ, live acts, artists, etc. must also be taken into account.

Regardless of this, it doesn’t mean that an event or your own wedding doesn’t always have to be more expensive if it takes place in Ibiza, for example. The cost of renting suitable locations/venues in Germany alone can be very expensive.
